Fingers of the Phoenix

This is Kira Omans, 2015 Pacific Miss Asian American, in a wuxia (fantasy martial arts genre) image.  Scorpion of Mortal Kombat was an inspiration in the back of my mind.  I have the fire swirling around the phoenix fighter as she appears out of nowhere.  Originally fire danced around her hands but the image became too busy.  It's important to know when to leave negative space so the image can breath.  I wonder if I should create a world and story based on this image?
